Eau Claire County Jail and Courthouse
The Eau Claire County Jail is major expansion to the County Courthouse Campus. This 290,000 sq ft project has been completed in two phases. The new 345 beds Jail Addition includes different types of podular designed housing, including Direct Supervision, Indirect General Population, and Indirect Special Needs (Medical/Mental Health), as well as a New Intake/Booking Area, Master Control, Food/Laundry, and Administrative Staff Areas.
The remodeled Courthouse includes an expanded joint City/County Law Enforcement Center, a new County Board Room and remodeling of numerous other County and City Department offices.

Kewaunee County Public Health and Human Services Center
The Kewaunee County Public Health and Human Services Center is a new freestanding office building attached to the existing County Administrative Center. This project began with a space programming, concept and budget study which led to full design and construction of the new 16,000 sf building.
Whistling Straits Champions Locker Facility
Design and construction of this 12,000 sq ft professional golf locker and change facility was a key element in planning for the first PGA Championship for the Kohler Company. Designed to complement the existing facilities at Whistling Straits golf course, this building shares materials and character of the existing buildings.
Education and Retreat Center
The Daniel M Soref Education and Retreat Center included the design and construction of retreat center buildings in Fredonia, WI. The Bayit (community building with education and activity spaces, kosher kitchen and offices) is an addition and major remodel of the existing outdated building. The Lodge (hotel with 20 rooms and support spaces) is a new building constructed across the Agam (man-made pond) from the Bayit.
Oneida County Law Enforcement Center
The Oneida County Law Enforcement Center is a 96,000 sq ft facility which combines all county detention needs and Sheriff’s Department functions into one facility. The detention facility is a 200 bed podular design comprised of both secure cells and secure dormitory housing. The Sheriff’s Department consists of six departments including administration, training, patrol, detectives, investigation, and fleet.
Family Park
Located in Mequon, Wisconsin, Family Park is a new water park facility for the Jewish Community Center of Milwaukee. The 5,000 sq ft pool house building provides space for changing and showering, concessions, a party room for special occasions and an administrative office. The building is designed to support the outdoor pool and recreational fields.
